Refund Policy

Please review our refund guidelines carefully before purchasing a plan.

1. Digital Product Policy

All training materials and subscriptions offered by FactsFindr are considered digital products and are delivered electronically. As such, refunds are generally not offered once access has been granted.

2. Exceptional Refunds

Refunds may be issued only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment made for the same subscription.
  • Technical issues where access to the course was not provided after payment and support could not resolve it within 7 days.

3. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please send an email to support@factsfindr.com within 7 days of the payment. Include your payment reference number, email ID, and reason for the refund request.

4. Refund Processing

Once approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment. We are not liable for delays caused by the bank or payment gateway.
